Our coaching team is the heart of CrossFit Murrayfield. Experienced, knowledgeable, and endlessly supportive, they’re here to guide you every step of the way. Not at all. Every workout can be adjusted to suit your fitness level, experience, or any limitations. Our coaches will guide you through everything and make sure you feel comfortable from day one.
Just some comfortable workout clothes, a bottle of water, and a good attitude. We’ll handle the rest.
We offer flexible membership options to suit different schedules and goals — from unlimited training to class packs and drop-ins. You can chat with our team anytime to find what’s right for you.
Our sessions cover everything from strength and conditioning to skill work, endurance, and mobility. No matter your goal — fitness, performance, or general wellbeing — there’s a program for you.
It depends on your goals and experience. Most members start with 2–3 sessions per week and build up from there as they progress and recover comfortably.
