CrossFit Fundamentals

If you haven’t done CrossFit before this is where you will begin.

In order to provide flexibility for people interested in joining we have two options allowing you to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit.

Option 1

CrossFit Fundamentals Course – Duration 2 weeks – Includes two 2-hour CrossFit Fundamentals classes on a Saturday & Sunday (usually the first weekend of each month).

Our CrossFit Fundamentals Course consists of 4 hours of instruction on the foundational movements of CrossFit and 2 weeks of Unlimited CrossFit classes so you can get right into training in our fun and effective community.

You will attend two 2-hour CrossFit Fundamentals classes occurring over one weekend (Sat & Sun, usually the first weekend of each month). See schedule for dates and times. After the four hours of instruction are complete you can attend Unlimited CrossFit classes for the remainder of the 2 week period.

With your Wodify account you can reserve a spot in our CrossFit Fundamentals classes either through our website or with the Wodify app. Contact us if you have any questions.

Option 2

Four hours of Personal Training to bypass the CrossFit Fundamentals Course

If you prefer one-on-one instruction, or if your schedule does not allow you to attend the Group Fundamentals Course you can choose to have four hours of personal training covering the CrossFit Fundamentals course material. Following the four hours of personal training you can sign up for a membership immediately. Contact us to arrange for this Option.

*Please note if you have completed an equivalent of the CrossFit Fundamentals Course at another affiliate contact us to arrange a time to meet before joining one of our CrossFit classes.
